This major new hotel development is planned for a highly sensitive location in London’s ‘Green Belt’.

The 198 bedroom scheme is being designed to be almost totally obscured from view and all bedrooms will be located below ground level with courtyards providing natural light to the 5 star suites.

The building will have a single elevation above ground to give views out for the golf club, hotel bar and restaurant and main function rooms. The design is currently awaiting the outcome of a planning application.
